Regional security discussed by the Head of State and the White House National Security Adviser

President Maia Sandu met with White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan. The discussion focused on the Moldovan-American partnership and security issues in our region.

The officials discussed the complex challenges posed by Russia's war against Ukraine. Another topic was our country's fight against corruption. President Maia Sandu mentioned, in this context, the importance of cooperation with the US in this area.
