President Nicolae Timofti sign decree on dismissal of examining magistrate

President Nicolae Timofti signed a decree on the dismissal of an investigating magistrate at the Edinet Court, Vasile Ghetu.

The decree, issued on the ground of the article 25 paragraph (1) letter b) of the Law on the Statute for Judges, stipulates that the magistrate is dismissed as it was set that he/she did not comply with the position held, as a result of the assessment of performances.
