Moldovan president appoints five magistrates

President Nicolae Timofti has signed decrees appointing five judges, at a proposal by the Superior Council of Magistracy.

Thus, the following judges were appointed under the decrees:

Ion Morozan – investigating judge at the Buiucani court, Chisinau municipality;.

Ghenadie Morozan – investigating judge at the Riscani court, Chisinau municipality;.

Borislav Babenco – investigating judge at the Centru court, Chisinau municipality;.

Oxana Robu – judge at the Chisinau Court of Appeal.

Elena Cobzac – judge at the Chisinau Court of Appeal.
