Moldovan president releases from duties five judges

President Nicolae Timofti today signed decrees releasing from duties five judges.

According to the article No 25 (1),(a), of the law on status of judge, the following judges were released from duties, under the submitted application:

Mihail Buruian – judge at the Chisinau Court of Appeal

Tudor Culava – judge at the Straseni Court

Ludmila Curca – judge at the Cimislia Court

Andrei Neguriţa – judge at the Stefan Voda Court

Gheorghe Ursan – judge at the Telenesti Court.
