Moldovan President Igor Dodon met with Andrei Nazarov, co-chairman of Business Russia, one of the largest business associations of the Russian Federation, who arrived in Chisinau on a working visit at the invitation of the Head of State.

"We discussed the most important issues of economic relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova and the preparation of the largest recent Moldovan-Russian business forum, which will be held on September 20-22 in Chisinau. It will be attended by several hundred businessmen from both countries, including at least 60 representatives of large business of the Russian Federation, it is planned to sign investment contracts with Russian partners.

Tomorrow "presentation of the investment climate of the Republic of Moldova for top representatives of the Russian business will take place on the sidelines of the opening St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. I also plan to hold talks with the Russian president's authorized representative for the protection of entrepreneurs' rights, Boris Titov, the president of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin and dozens of other representatives of Russia's big business," the head of the republic noted.
