President Maia Sandu discussed with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte about how important it is to restore peace in the region

The President of the Republic of Moldova Maia Sandu spoke this evening with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Mark Rutte about the security situation in the region. Officials have called for an end to the war in Ukraine and for an urgent restoration of peace. In this context, they also talked about the assistance needed to manage the flow of refugees from the neighboring country.

Also, President Maia Sandu and Prime Minister Rutte discussed the necessary actions to increase the resilience of our country. Finally, the Head of State thanked the Kingdom of the Netherlands for its support for our country’s European course.
