During her visit to the Florești district, President Maia Sandu went to the hospital, where she participated in the opening of the primary stroke care center.
“Investments in healthcare ultimately mean more lives saved. The opening of the seventh primary stroke care center in Florești, out of a network of 13 centers, will enable doctors to provide prompt and high-quality first aid to patients,” stated the head of state.
The President mentioned that the Florești District Hospital has benefited from investments of nearly 40 million lei in less than two years since it came under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health. “Good doctors working at home and patients receiving quality services - this is our plan for the healthcare sector,” emphasized President Maia Sandu.
